Set up fee: $30.00 (non-refundable). TSB will provide one box key at no charge.
Mailbox Policies: Minimum rental is 6 months. Mail must be picked up at least once a month. Saturday mail will be included in Monday’s deliveries.
KEY DEPOSITS: Additional keys are available as follows:
$5.00 for each additional box key (up to a total of 3 keys maximum). Mailbox keys are non-refundable.
$15.00 for a front door key, providing 24-hour access to your box. This is refundable once the key is returned at time of box cancellation.
MAIL/PARCEL FORWARDING:
The rental of a mailbox at our facility is required for receiving and/or forwarding flat mail (letters and the like). If you do have a mailbox at our facility, the mail forwarding charges are as follows:
Mail:
By U.S. Mail: $6.00 handling fee per forwarding plus postage
By Courier: $8.00 handling fee per forwarding plus postage
Parcels:
TSB Shipping does not forward parcels.
