Notification of parcel arrival
Phone notification: $1.50
Email notification: No charge.
Email notifications are sent as a courtesy only; it is ultimately the responsibility of each customer to track their own packages in order to get a sense of their delivery date. If a tracked parcel shows as delivered, but a notification email has not been received from us, please feel free to call or email and we will be happy to assist with verifying the status of your parcel.
Emails are automatically sent as they are logged into our parcel inventory system. There is no need to reply to the notification from TSB unless you have questions or are unable to pick up parcels in a timely fashion.
Pallet notification: Pallets are delivered to Point Roberts through a third party freight company called Point Roberts Auto Freight (PRAF) in Bellingham, WA. Oftentimes freight items show “delivered” when tracked because they are delivered to PRAF, but usually do not arrive at TSB until 3-5 days later depending on their truck load. Because of the special nature of these deliveries, TSB will phone and email the customer once their item has arrived to confirm the delivery of their freight item.
