Letters and other flat mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) are not considered parcels and will not be accepted unless the customer has rented a mailbox from TSB Shipping.
NOTE: Pallet depot may be subject to additional charges if size necessitates additional staff handling. If a parcel has a large size-to-weight ratio, dimensional weight may be used to assess depot fees instead of actual weight.
